Mammograms are a bad example, they are famously useless because of their false positive and false negative rates.

    Still stupid though.

This is why obama care never should have been passed because now 20 million people think they suddenly have a RIGHT to free healthcare from all of us which is bullshit .

Cheap insurance is a cheapened product. That health services is a commodity for sale is the real issue, this relation puts the American people on the opposite side of their own health and bodies. They become consumers and buyers of the services buying policies modeled after a typical car insurance policy known as clients, patients, not a person in need of medical help.. The double speak is incredibly cunning and deceptive among bourgeois politicians developing policy for the insurance industry to continue profiting. They conjure up terminology that inverts the true relationship of ethical treatment and have turned Americans into a means of distributing the losses among insurance competitors, in the form of cost sharing, and thinner policies, for more profit, an indirect form of a bail out that perpetuates health as a commodity relation. For them its about quantity, for us it is about quality, they present form, we demand substance, they are vague and deceptive and concrete ethical and diligent practice is non-existent. In addition to being responsible for high mortality rates in the US they will be the first in the world to practice slow mass medical genocide on its working population using the medical, prison, military and political establishments as a weapon to accomplish that destruction..

But if you guys keep this up trying to cut Healthcare. Something's going to happen period in other countries Healthcare is. Why is it that this is one of the only countries that charge up the butt?

"We struggle in this country, on the right and on the left that if you think your cause is big enough, that you think you're exempt from doing math.

"You're not exempt from math if you're a Democrat, you're not exempt from math if you're a Republican, you're not exempt from math if you're a liberal, and you're not exempt from math if you're a conservative. You still have to do math."

MEDICARE FOR ALL It's the actual name of a health care plan
proposal and it's the ONLY SOLUTION.
ObamaCare was an absolute disaster and it should be repealed. BUT…
what the Republicans tried to pull was ObamaCare Lite. It's still a
crypto-TAX, it still requires mandatory mass participation, and it's
still a racket for insurance companies.

MEDICARE FOR ALL is inherently VOLUNTARY. It can INTIALLY be subsidized
by removing the FICA income tax ceiling and applying the extra revenues
to MFA.. The main subsidy for MEDICARE FOR ALL must eventually be
through a 1% Wall Street Sales Tax. That way, full Medicare coverage
for all can be offered at $100/month and affordable deductibles.

Why can't we have noional health? Everyone wants to be covered for whateve illness they have. They don't want to play roulette with the insurance industry. And insurance does not provide care, but rather denies it. All of these plans, Republican and Democrat, only insure profits for the insurance industry. To make health care significantly cheaper, we need to get rid of the for-profit insurance element that we are led to believe we need.

Wake up America – The Mad Mango Mussolini NEVER CARED about anyone other than himself. He has a solid track record of throwing anyone and everyone under a bus if it interferes with his power mad God like image. He's sees nothing wrong with being a Pathological liar and an incurable incompetent. His ADHD and short attention span for anything not involving self love makes him a clear and present danger. He is willing to play politics with millions of lives when it comes to health care. Obamacare could have been changed to a single payer system – but Republicans threw the baby out with the bathwater and they had 7 years to present an alternative

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) told reporters Thursday that the GOP health care bill could end up โ€œmaking being a woman a pre-existing condition.โ€
โ€œStripping guaranteed maternity care is a pregnancy tax, pure and simple,โ€ she said.

It is so nauseating to watch these Over -privileged white males sit around and decide how women's health issues should be handled. Just nauseating. This is patriarchy at its finest.

As a Canadian it seems so obvious' Medicare for all would mean nobody would have to buy insurance. It would just be there like for us, instantly the minute you need it, no deductible allowed. Saves billions every year, for our government.

Why don't we all stop paying taxes to the Federal government? We tell them what we want and they don't deliver. They've had 228 years to get this right and all they do is piss us off. We hand them $3 trillion a year in taxes – for what? More wars … Let's keep those funds in our own communities and provide the homeland security that has meaning to us – like healthcare for all, affordable housing for all, education for all, fair justice and policing that is accountable to US, and more. In 10 years we would have pumped $30 trillion dollars into our communities and raised all boats, except the ones full of the incompetents in Washington DC who have provided themselves all the benefits they refuse to give to us. So, altogether now – STOP PAYING FEDERAL TAXES!

You Paul Ryan and your Republicans are failing the American People you all voted against the anti-outsourcing bill that
would keep jobs in America. You unemploy Americans, you send our manufacturing over seas so corporations will
have cheap labor and fattening their profit coffers. You are a cheat and a liar. You serve the Koch Brothers have them
pay for your insurance and also take a trip down to their Houston refineries and inhale that clean air down, that they
spew into our environment and god forbid you come down with lung cancer, then cannot afford health insurance, you
    die.

Is Trump knowingly signing his own death warrant here? In pushing the bill and its very nature, the wide unpopularity and inevitable upcoming failure just a swansong before leaving out the back door? The whole world knows this incompetent, corrupt buffoon's days are numbered. Will he jump or must we push?

Republicans are self-sabotaging themselves so hard it's like they don't want another republican president, with Donald Trump they hit rock bottom and power should be kept away as much from them until they learn their lesson.

Because this bill is a health care bill for all in the US, why hasn't the public ever been involved in the process of formulating a bill?? My guess is that the health care bill has absolutely nothing to do with health care for all, and has everything to do with what is best for corporations and the politicians that serve them.
