This judge is very reasonable and righteous, in my opinion he did nothing "inappropriate".

I support this gentlemen.. but I find it hard to believe that at this point in his career he is realizing how corrupt the system really is….. freedom of speak only pertains to those who lie about it

It sounds like he's just realizing what it
Means to be black and that's scary

There is PLENTY of judges on the Christian side that seem to rule for harsher penalties because of their religious views without raising an eyebrow, but when someone is seemingly lenient. Regardless of him following the law or not. Its suddenly an issue?!? Fucking hypocrites!

This man is so eloquent! I am so glad he said it clearly that the RACIST WHITE POWER STRUCTURE DOES NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT HISTORICALLY HE HAS OPPOSED THEIR VIEWS AND BELIEFS, SO THEY ARE PUNISHING THIS BLACK MAN, despite his record of following the law. This is an example of those White Folks who don't understand the difference between RACISM AND PREJUDICE. Blacks do not have the power to be racist.

Whenever faith is supposedly or can be alluded to by persons who make rational and caring decisions, faith is used to discredit them, even when faith has no bearing. Yet, when RACIST WHITE FOLKS directly invoke upon their faith to exercise hate, discrimination, racism, and other isms, then it is seen as legitimate by that same establishment. The judge’s decision for that case had merit, despite whatever he may have believed from his faith or personally.

I feel for Mr. Griffen, because Arkansas is so corrupt and backwards. They're punishing him for exercising his power and rights as a human being and a judge. Our government is so corrupt and heartless. They'd rather impeach a judge who's actually doing the job the way it was intended. You can tell he actually cares and has humanity. How can we expect this system to represent the citizens fairly when they can't even stand the threat of a black man challenging the status quo. We seriously need to clean house….

You covered this story very well Democracy Now, this man is honest and needs our support! He is an outstanding citizen, lets see if other major news stations will allow him to come onto their platforms and speak his truth. I bet they won't!

This is unbelievable. Only the USA, among all the western nations still executes people to avoid processing later evidence of innocence.

That bill to allow religious institutions to be able to speak about politics might just backfire on trump.
When he compared the death penalty to what happened to Jesus to what happens today, he showed the hypocrisy of so called Christians.

If this judge is impeached for holding anti death penalty views in a case involving death penalty drugs then AG Rutledge should be impeached if she holds pro death penalty views and represents the dept. of corrections for the state in a case involving death penalty drugs.

We have laws which allow execution. Of course he can have his opinion, but when a judge takes a public stance on anything, they open the door to be barred from all relevant cases. It was no coincidence that he ruled to block this drug at the time he did. He needs to go.

This is basically an activist judge. Which is ironic because according to the left I thought you fake ass egalitarians hated activist judge's because you people sure enough condemned Clearence Thomas and Scalia for it. Hm, funny how you ppl decide what the narrative should be.
