Don't worry if Trump is elected he will make everyone do everything he wants them to do regardless of what the laws are.

Many people are making emotional arguments about this case concerning Apple and encryption. These people assume that government just wanted this secret code in the wake of the San Bernadino attack. Truth is that government had always wanted to have this secret code it could use indiscriminately. Some people actually think the San Bernadino incidence was a "false flag" used as an excuse for something that government had always desired…that is, more power to spy on citizens. In the past, Apple might have helped access information for government on a case by case basis. Later on, the temptation arose whereby government thought it could just have Apple surrender the technology so that government does not have to go to Apple repeatedly. Those who are using the "victims/family of loved one" argument are making arguments based on emotions. Apple giving government this secret code will not bring back the dead loved ones, and it will not prevent another attack. Think back to September 11, 2001: everybody was caught up in the emotional frenzy, trusting government to protect citizens. Rationality and common were lost. With the Patriot Act, congress passed sweeping laws giving law enforcement powers to do anything to prevent another attack. Ironically that Patriot Act did not prevent the San Bernadino attack. Mr. Snowden showed that government was using this powers to spy on law abidding citizens. Even if it were my own mother who died in this San Bernadino attack, I still do not think it warrants the type of abuse on civil liberties that the government has been doing

FBI, CIA, NSA playing at God, President of USA is only Jesus, Orwellian democracy is very slowly creeping into America. Congress has to make the final decision.

Phones should never be evidence anyway, they are too open to manipulation. Even more so if the FBI got their way. Apple are way too deep for these stalkers.
